Do not leave home if you are showing symptoms of coronavirus. Visiting with symptoms wearing a mask is not acceptable. As per government guidelines you and your household should self isolate for 14 days.

Safety – How we follow guidelines

Please ensure all staff on site will be free of COVID 19 symptoms, if anyone shows symptoms under no circumstances will they enter the farm park, they will be asked to self-isolate.

Throughout the farm safari adventure, our staff will be wearing gloves face masks, disinfectant sprayers where necessary.

Please feel free to bring your own disinfectant wipes or alcohol sanitizer for use in your car.

Check-in

Please look for the arrival/entrance sign and form an orderly queue. It is important that you arrive at the start of your allocated time slot.

Check-in will be operated at a safe 2-meter distance – with bookings being checked against vehicle registration plates and the number of people in the vehicle. You will be handed a farm map and any goodies which you have pre-booked online.

There will be an opportunity for you to purchase cold drinks and essentials for your farm safari when checking in.

Toilets

There are three unisex/disabled/baby change accessible toilets in the courtyard
3 Portable toilets will be located in the car park for use after the farm safari.

Toilets will be maned by a member of our staff who will ensure people maintain a 2m distance at all times. Our staff will be wearing knapsack sprayers filled with disinfectant (Magic backpacks to the little ones ) entering the toilets to clean once the facilities have been used.

Farm Safari Guides

Throughout your farm safari experience, you will see a number of our safari tour guides informing and educating from a 2-meter distance. Please be respectful of our staff and adhere to the 2-meter rule at all times.
Our guides will carry alcohol-based hand rub for their personal use.

Food & Drink

We have a takeaway facility for use after your experience. After you and your family return from the farm Safari our Rooster’s Diner staff will take care of any food orders you may wish to place. Please be aware our Diner staff will be wearing face masks for extra protection.

You can choose to eat in the car – simply follow the signs into the car park and place your order by calling the number on your farm map….alternatively after your Farm Safari experience you can relax in your very own safe picnic plot area whilst the little ones burn off some energy on our small outdoor play area 😍

Simply follow the signs for our Picnic area, park on one of the grass plots (clearly marked) and order your food by calling the number on your map.

*Please note the outdoor play area is only available for those with a designated picnic plot and food must be ordered from our onsite Rooster’s Diner.
